Our stay was a fab experience. The venue was clean and the staff were amicable. The location was amazing, so close to the shops and water front, the sea and cliffs and the centre of Lyme. And it was at a walking distance from Bournemouth Beach.

This excellent hotel tempted us with GOOD views. We had a beautiful bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and a lounge, a separate lounge, and an iron with ironing board were a bonus. The property had magnificent and marvellous location close enough to restaurants and pleasant gardens.

Tidy place, staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The decoration was beautiful, tastefully decorated room. A patio, an iron and ironing board were perfect. Excellent central location right by sea front & harbour as well as the gardens that had a wheelchair friendly path down to the beach. Also, it was just 1 km from a room aquarium.
